Phil Layzer attended the University of California at Santa Cruz, studying American and English literature. He worked as a Litigation Legal Assistant at Howard, Rice, Nemerovski, Canady, Falk & Rabkin from 1999 to 2004, before joining Sparer Law Group in 2004. Mr. Layzer has extensive experience in the area of civil litigation, including trial, arbitration, motion practice, research and appeals.
