For over 25 years, Mr. Sparer has successfully represented individuals and businesses in litigation involving securities, business disputes, environmental, real estate and health care issues. He serves as outside general counsel to ongoing businesses and represents investors in class and consolidated actions and individual arbitrations.
Since 2003, Mr. Sparer has obtained tens of millions of dollars in settlements and judgments on behalf of securities investors, focusing on complex products such as collateralized debt obligations (CDOs), structured products, hedging strategies and derivatives. See RESULTS.
