Real Estate & Environmental
Continuing a practice Mr. Sparer began while representing Norcal Waste Systems and its subsidiaries at his former firm, SLG represents individuals faced with real estate, land use, and environmental issues. Often transactional matters for partnerships or TICs also involve questions of misrepresentation or securities fraud. SLG's broad experience, inside and outside the field of real estate and environmental law, give its clients a very real advantage in addressing matters that do not fall neatly into any traditional legal category.
With its ability to litigate and resolve cases efficiently, SLG also offers attractive fee arrangements to meet both large and small business needs.
